talaivar · 6 months agoI have found it really useful to share the planned agenda in advance even for a simple birthday party. For instance, I would say that there is a quiz or a performance or a special guest or photo op, etc. I even send updates to the invitation soliciting suggestions on bakers, etc. This gets guests excited, share opinions and feel they've contributed to the organization of the party.
